Louie Louie is a program of meetings hosted by the École supérieure des beaux-arts in Angers and the École nationale supérieure d’art in Bourges and coordinated by Sébastien Pluot and Hervé Trioreau. The edition which follows these events gathers transcripts of conferences, symposiums and workshops that were host by the two art schools. Borrowing its title from one of the most covered songs in the history of rock & roll, Louie Louie proposes to consider repetition as a way to produce originals.

The Louie Louie publication will be launched at cneai, Paris, from June 23rd to July 2nd during the Louie Louie exhibition, which includes a selection of videos by Nate Harrison, Seth Price, Michael Riedel and a conference by Eric Predoehl.
